About the Role:
We are hiring a Retention Marketing Manager for a fast-growing D2C brand. This role will be responsible for driving customer lifecycle marketing, improving retention, and maximizing customer lifetime value through data-driven engagement strategies across multiple CRM channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and execute the CRM engagement roadmap across channels such as Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, Web Push, and In-App messaging
- Drive initiatives to improve customer lifecycle metrics, including LTV, repeat purchases, frequency, and churn reduction
- Own strategic planning, forecasting, and goal-setting across retention channels
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to generate insights and optimize engagement strategies
- Own dashboards and reporting for all retention metrics and campaign performance
- Leverage automation and AI tools to enhance segmentation, personalization, and communication effectiveness
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in retention/CRM or lifecycle marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Hands-on experience with tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis); experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies
- Prior experience in D2C or e-commerce brands is preferred
