Position : Retail Operations Manager

Job Location : Kenya (East Africa)

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end operations of Retail stores in East Africa.

- Ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability targets across all stores

- Drive consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and retail standards

- Lead, mentor, and monitor Store Managers and regional teams

- Ensure high levels of customer service and brand experience

- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and loss prevention controls

- Coordinate with supply chain, finance, HR, and merchandising teams

- Analyze store performance, KPIs, and prepare operational reports

- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

- Support new store openings, expansion, and operational rollouts

Desired Profile :

- Graduate / MBA in Retail Management with 10-15 years of experience in FOOTWEAR Industry, preferably handling large store networks.

- Proven experience in managing 40+ retail outlets across multiple locations

- Should have ability to drive sales performance, operational efficiency, and profitability

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing large teams

- Sound knowledge of retail SOPs, inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention
