About the Role:

Were seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead and optimize retail operations across large-format jewellery stores. The role involves driving sales growth, operational excellence, manpower planning, and ensuring consistent customer experience across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple stores, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

- Drive sales performance, P&L growth, and business expansion through strategic initiatives.

- Manage store-level SOPs, inventory, and process optimization for operational excellence.

- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Merchandising teams to deliver cohesive retail outcomes.

- Lead capability building, workforce planning, and change management programs.

- Champion brand culture, recognition, and engagement initiatives to strengthen frontline performance.

Requirements:

- 8-12 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in jewellery or premium retail.

- Proven experience in strategic planning, P&L ownership, and people leadership.

- Strong understanding of multi-store retail management across regions.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred: Experience in jewellery retail operations and managing large-format or luxury stores.
