Manager - Regulatory Reporting - BFS

1-2 years or more of post-qualification experience, preferably, in Banking or Financial Services industry. Should have experience with Core Banking Solutions (CBS) used in Banks or in Financial Services industry. Candidate should have working knowledge of RBI circulars and accounting standards issued by ICAI.

Job Description:

- Be part of Regulatory reporting team in the Bank

- Primarily working on the RBI ADF (Automated Data Flow) project

- Be prime Finance interface between IT, Vendor, Functional Teams in giving and specifying requirements on RBI ADF

- Working on governance of RBI ADF and also governance of Data Architecture of RBI ADF

- Responsible for Business/Functional Requirement Documents relating to RBI ADF after taking inputs

- Working on new Regulatory reporting requirements like daily LCR, NSFR, etc.

- Working on aligning of Regulatory returns and submissions with new IndAS framework

- UATs, Sign off, Back testing of system outputs

- Closely working with Finance Reg Team and other functional teams for system and process improvements

- Documentation of processes, system, controls, etc.

- Supporting new Product Rollouts for Regulatory Reporting perspective.
