Manager - Regional Logistics/Warehousing & Distribution

We are looking for an experienced Regional Logistics & Supply Chain professional to lead warehousing, distribution, inventory deployment and replenishment across the APAC region.

The role will manage a fully outsourced logistics network comprising 3PLs, contract warehouses and distribution partners, with responsibility for service levels, OTIF, inventory availability, cost optimization and compliance.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing or Distribution

- 5+ years of experience managing regional/multi-country operations

- Strong experience in 3PL, contract logistics and outsourced warehouse management

- Experience in chemicals, specialty chemicals, pharma, life sciences, ingredients or personal care preferred

- Strong understanding of inventory deployment, replenishment, OTIF and logistics cost optimization

- Experience with SAP, WMS/TMS, Advanced Excel and Power BI preferred

- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across a matrixed, multi-country environment
