Manager - Recruitment - IT/Analytics & Lateral Hiring

Total Experience: 7-12 years

Key Role Highlights:

- End-to-end recruitment (agency background preferred)

- Expertise in IT, Analytics, & Lateral hiring (mid-to-senior roles)

- Managed 10+ recruiters, incl. 1-2 Team Leaders

- Strong leadership, performance-driven mindset

- Client-facing role: understand hiring needs & deliver solutions

- Strategic sourcing, team KPIs, process optimization

- Hands-on with recruitment metrics, SLA adherence & delivery

Requirements:

- Proven track record in large-scale hiring & team management

- Strong communication, decision-making, and analytical skills

- Must be open to 5.5-day work week

- Degree in HR / Business Administration preferred

- Experience with large client accounts is a plus
