Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs, define job roles, and create job descriptions that attract the right candidates.

Talent Sourcing :

- Oversee the utilization of various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.

Interview and Selection Process :

- Design and refine interview processes, including competency-based assessments, to ensure the selection of candidates that best fit organizational needs.

Employer Branding :

- Enhance the company's employer brand by developing recruitment marketing strategies, promoting the organization as an employer of choice.

Recruitment Metrics :

Compliance and Best Practices :

Vendor Management :
