About the Role.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager with a strong background in BPO and volume hiring to join our growing recruitment firm.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment operations, drive high-volume mandates, manage client relationships, and lead a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities.

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle for BPO hiring sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and client coordination.

- Client Management: Act as a single point of contact for client communication, understanding hiring requirements and ensuring timely delivery.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.

- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.

- Process Management: Ensure adherence to client SLAs, TATs, and quality parameters.

- Market Insights: Track market trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to provide actionable insights to clients.

- Reporting: Prepare and present weekly/monthly hiring dashboards, progress reports, and pipeline updates.

Key Requirements.

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).

Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in recruitment with at least 5+ years in BPO hiring and team management experience.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of bulk and volume hiring.

- Excellent communication, client-handling, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple mandates under tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.

Location Preference: Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
