We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities. The role involves managing hiring strategies, leading a recruitment team, and ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral and leadership roles.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce planning and skill requirements.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with team-handling exposure.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and hiring tools.
- Experience hiring for mid to senior-level positions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
