Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Closing Manager Real Estate who can independently manage site walk-ins, client interactions, and end-to-end deal closures.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and a proven track record of converting qualified leads into successful bookings while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers and scheduled site visits professionally.

- Present project details including pricing, offers, specifications, and payment plans.

- Lead negotiations and close deals in line with assigned sales targets.

- Coordinate with sourcing, tele-calling, and CRM teams for smooth deal execution.

- Ensure accurate client data entry, follow-ups, and pipeline management in CRM.

- Assist with booking documentation, agreements, and payment collection processes.

- Maintain strong post-closure relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in real estate sales and deal closures.

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling capabilities.

- Target-driven with a consistent closure and revenue track record.

- Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

- Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
