Manager - RBI Compliances - BFSI/NBFC

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced professional to join the Compliance team for a leading firm as Manager RBI Compliances. This role requires strong regulatory knowledge, analytical skills, and experience handling RBI inspections, returns, and policy interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Timely preparation and filing of all RBI returns and correspondences

- Interpret and assess impact of RBI circulars/notifications on the company and industry

- Handle annual RBI inspections and related compliances

- Advise senior management with strategic regulatory insights

- Ensure adherence to all RBI (NBFC) norms and proactively address gaps

Key Skills:

- Expertise in RBI regulations & NBFC compliances

- Filing of RBI returns (NBS-1, NBS-2, ALM, CRILC, etc.)

- Regulatory impact analysis

- RBI inspection & audit management

- Critical thinking and problem-solving

- Strong communication & coordination skills

- Integrity, attention to detail, and time management

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of relevant experience OR Company Secretary (CS) with 7-8 years of relevant experience
