Job Title: Technical Innovation & Product Development Manager

Location: Jambusar Gujarat

Experience. 9 - 15 years

Role Summary:

- Lead technology transfer from global partners and adapt formulations/processes to local needs.

- Manage end-to-end New Product Development (formulation, testing, validation, and launch).

- Provide technical support to customers, including trials, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.

- Modify and customize products to meet customer requirements.

- Prepare ISO-compliant documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Work on cost optimization by analyzing raw material use and improving efficiency.

- Set up and maintain lab infrastructure, equipment, and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

- 5-10 years of experience in UV-curable or radiation-curable product development.

- Strong background in technology transfer and product commercialization.

- Hands-on experience in lab management and customer technical support.
