Role Summary

We are looking for a Quick Commerce Manager who will help expand our brands presence on leading quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with founders and build a fast-growing sales channel from an early stage. You will be responsible for managing product listings, coordinating with platform teams, tracking sales performance, and improving overall channel growth.

Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Operations

- Manage the brands product listings and catalogue on quick commerce platforms

- Ensure accurate product information, images, and pricing across platforms

- Coordinate with platform teams for onboarding and operational setup

Sales Performance

- Monitor sales performance across quick commerce platforms

- Identify high-performing products and optimize their visibility

- Support promotional activities and platform campaigns

Inventory Coordination

- Work with internal teams to track product availability

- Ensure key SKUs are available across relevant locations

- Help minimize stock-outs and maintain healthy inventory flow

Data & Reporting

- Track daily and weekly performance metrics

- Prepare reports on sales trends, demand patterns, and product performance

- Use insights to support decision-making and growth initiatives

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams

- Maintain communication with platform account managers

- Support new launches and category expansion initiatives

Candidate Profile

Experience:

1 TO 2 years of experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or Marketplace operations

Education:

MBA from IIMs or other leading business schools preferred

Skills:

- Strong analytical ability and comfort with Excel / Google Sheets

- Good understanding of digital commerce platforms

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and coordination skills
