Manager - Quality - Sheet Metal/Auto Components/Precision Fabrication Industry

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead and manage the Quality function in a leading Sheet Metal Manufacturing Company. The role involves implementing quality systems, ensuring compliance with international standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across production, incoming materials, and final product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall Quality function within the organization.

- Implement and monitor quality management systems (ISO, IATF/TS standards, etc.).

- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

- Ensure quality across incoming materials, in-process inspections, and finished goods.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold customer quality requirements.

- Manage internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with standards.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and ensure high product reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8-12 years of hands-on quality management experience in Sheet Metal / Auto Components / Precision Fabrication.

- Strong knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).

- Proven experience with ISO / IATF / TS audits and compliance.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage vendor quality, customer audits, and internal teams effectively.
