
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers on technical agreements and quality requirements.
- Apply problem- solving techniques and analytical methodologies.
- Conduct system, process, and product audits within plants.
- Utilize 8D methodology, quality tools, and customer- specific standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Train plant personnel and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- 15 -20 years of experience in customer quality assurance, quality management systems, or in- process quality.
- Strong experience in handling customer interactions and initiating improvement actions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and interpersonal management skills.
