Job Responsibilities:
- Should act as a laboratory in-charge and arrange for various resources required for the efficient functioning of the laboratories round the clock.
- Responsible for providing technical support to the Quality team and solving analytical problems or troubleshooting during various operations.
- Monitoring and measuring the process and analytical trends for the products under manufacturing and providing feedback to the team involved.
- Should coordinate with supply chain and execute successfully various activities like third party inspections, customer audits/visits, and supplier issues.
- Responsible for Supplier qualifications, customer interactions related to quality and handling supplier/customer complaints.
Technical and General Competencies: Mandatory
- With min. 10 years industrial experience, preferably in the area of Catalysts.
- Sound knowledge and experience on instruments like XRF, ICP, Surface Area analyser, Porosimeter, TGA/DTA etc.
- Knowledge of Statistical Quality and Process Control is essential.
- Previous exposure of product development or quality improvement projects is desirable.
- Knowledge and Experience in Systems like ISO9001, 14001 and OHSAS is desirable.
