Job Title- Manager- Quality Audit-2LOD

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Self-motivated, good in co-ordination and driving tasks to closure

- Ability to work independently or with little monitoring and in teams is essential

- Having strong understanding of KAM and Indian Auditing Standards

- Good communication skills (oral and written)

- Excellent drafting skills

- Perform independent quality reviews (internal inspections) on statutory audit files to assess compliance with auditing standards, firm policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Act as part of the 2nd Line of Defense (LOD) to support risk mitigation, audit quality enhancement, and continuous improvement in audit execution.

- Identify and report audit quality issues, deficiencies, and thematic trends, and provide practical recommendations for improvements.

- Work closely with Audit Engagement Teams to guide them on audit methodology, technical matters, and regulatory expectations.

- Support in root cause analysis (RCA) exercises and contribute to development of corrective action plans.

- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to help design and deliver training programs based on quality findings.

- Prepare detailed review documentation and reports for leadership and regulatory reporting purposes.

Qualification: CA Qualified

Experience Required: 4.5 Years in Indian Practice Statutory Audit
