Job Title: QA/QC Manager

Location: Vietnam (Amata Industrial Zone, Long Binh Ward, Dong Nai Province)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control functions across manufacturing operations.

The role involves ensuring compliance with international standards, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining high levels of product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. QA/QC Planning & Implementation

- Implement and maintain certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.

- Conduct internal audits (1-2 annually) along with third-party surveillance audits.

- Define departmental plans, targets, and performance standards.

- Review audit findings and ensure corrective actions for compliance with standards.

2. Organizing & Coordination:

- Establish effective communication within the QA/QC department.

- Conduct quality review meetings with Operations, Engineering, and other departments.

- Address product quality issues and customer claims through cross-functional collaboration.

3. Quality Control & Governance:

- Review and approve Quality Plans, Inspection, and Test Programs (ITP).

- Ensure proper document control and system efficiency.

- Promote awareness of Quality, Health & Safety policies across departments.

- Maintain strong working relationships with third-party inspectors and client representatives.

Reporting & Communication:

- Prepare monthly reports on non-conformities, process deviations, and customer complaints.

- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and report insights to senior management.

- Respond promptly to internal and external quality-related queries.

- Conduct regular team meetings to address key issues and improvements.

Administration & Team Management:

- Lead hiring, performance evaluation, and workforce planning for the QA/QC team.

- Recommend promotions, salary revisions, and disciplinary actions as per company policy.

- Prepare and manage the department's annual capital and operational budget.

- Develop, maintain, and review QA/QC policies and procedures.

- Drive team development through training, coaching, and performance management.

Candidate Requirements:

- Vietnamese national or expatriate, aged 35-50 years.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in an FDI manufacturing environment.

- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, painting, and shipping processes.

- Expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.

Relevant certifications such as:

- AWS (CWI) / ASNT Level II

- NACE CIP Level II

- Lead Auditor/Auditor certification (ISO/OHSAS)

- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational abilities.

Work Location : Factory-based role at Amata Industrial Zone, Long Binh Ward, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam
