Quality Assurance Manager

Role

Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality systems, audits, and compliance across our automotive manufacturing operations. This role ensures that all products meet internal and external standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS)

- Lead internal audits, supplier audits, and certification processes

- Manage PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and Control Plans

- Investigate quality issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions

- Collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams to ensure quality at source

- Maintain documentation and compliance with ISO, OHASAS, and customer audits

- Train teams on quality standards and continuous improvement practices

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering

- 8+ years in quality assurance, preferably in automotive manufacturing

- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and lean methodologies

- Experience with tools like SPC, MSA, and Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred)

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
