Summary:

As a PR & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication and media strategies that strengthen brand visibility, credibility, and reputation. This role demands expertise in public relations, media engagement, content development, and crisis communication to position the brand as a leader across markets.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Communication & Brand Leadership:

- Develop and implement PR and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and credibility in India and international markets.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all media and stakeholder channels.

- Identify and leverage PR opportunities to enhance brand reputation and leadership positioning.

- Maintain balance across multiple media channels to effectively reach the target audience across geographies.

- Create and manage a monthly and annual communication calendar to ensure consistent brand presence.

Content Development & Storytelling:

- Draft and review press releases, media articles, thought-leadership content, and internal communication materials.

- Support brand marketing initiatives through impactful storytelling and message delivery.

- Maintain a centralized repository of content assets including media releases, articles, FAQs, and briefing notes.

Stakeholder & Agency Management:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies to ensure cohesive communication.

- Manage PR agency relationships, oversee deliverables, and ensure alignment with brand goals.

- Strengthen media relations through proactive engagement and continuous outreach.

Monitoring & Measurement:

- Track and evaluate PR activity effectiveness, measuring impact through defined KPIs.

- Generate performance reports and refine communication strategies based on insights.

- Ensure operational efficiency, team compliance, and timely execution of deliverables.

Crisis & Reputation Management:

- Lead crisis communication planning and execution in collaboration with legal and leadership teams.

- Safeguard brand reputation through proactive monitoring and responsive communication.

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of proven experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Media Relations.

- Established network of media contacts across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.

- Demonstrated expertise in crisis management and brand reputation building.

- Hands-on experience in social media amplification of PR initiatives.

- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong project management, organizational, and leadership abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple agency and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
