Job Description - PR & Content Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic PR & Content Manager to drive our external reputation, brand voice, and narrative architecture across real estate, hospitality, senior living, and portfolio management verticals. This role requires a mid-senior professional with an agency background, strong media network, and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling communication across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations & Media Strategy:

- Build and execute a robust PR strategy for corporate and project-level positioning


- Develop relationships with key media across national and regional publications (B2C & B2B)


- Craft press releases, pitch notes, authored articles, spokesperson briefings, and ensure consistent messaging


- Handle crisis communication preparedness and reputation management protocols


- Coordinate with PR agency, supervise planned activities, monitor performance, and drive outcomes aligned to business goals

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership:

- Own the brand voice and narrative strategy across all owned, earned, and paid channels


- Lead the creation of high-impact content: blog articles, case studies, reports, decks, social media copy, and campaign narratives


- Translate business goals and industry insight into compelling storytelling opportunities


- Develop internal content workflows, calendars, and quality benchmarks


- Collate the brief from the leadership and draft content, interviews responses, and panel representations

Strategic Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Digital, and Project teams for integrated communications


- Partner with design, SEO, and digital agencies for creative amplification


- Ensure message discipline across consumer campaigns, investor presentations, and corporate decks


- Analyze content and PR impact through media tracking, engagement, and sentiment metrics

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 6 to 9 years of experience in PR, content strategy, or communications, preferably with at least 3 years in an agency setting


- Demonstrated success managing communications for diverse industries (real estate, lifestyle, corporate, hospitality, or finance preferred)


- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a nose for news


- Media-savvy with strong journalist relationships (national and regional)


- Highly organized with experience in multi-brand or portfolio-style content ecosystems


- Self-starter, collaborator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
