Role Overview:

We are hiring Sourcing Managers for a leading Real Estate PropTech company to drive property acquisition, channel partner development, and builder relationships across South & Central Mumbai. The role involves sourcing high-quality inventory for residential projects and supporting sales teams with verified, market-relevant listings.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Sourcing & Inventory Acquisition:

- Source and onboard property listings across South & Central Mumbai.

- Identify new inventory for residential developments, both ongoing and upcoming.

- Conduct field visits, verify property details, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Channel Partner & Broker Management:

- Build and manage a strong network of brokers, channel partners, and local consultants.

- Maintain continuous engagement to ensure consistent inflow of quality leads and property options.

- Strengthen relationships with builders, developers, and real estate associations.

Market Research & Insights:

- Conduct local market studies, competitive analysis, and pricing assessments.

- Track micro-market trends to identify new opportunities and emerging pockets.

- Provide insights to the sales and leadership teams for decision-making.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Work closely with internal sales teams to align sourcing activities with business targets.

- Share timely inventory updates, project details, and market intelligence.

- Support marketing and operations teams in property promotions and events.

Performance & Reporting:

- Maintain structured MIS for sourced inventory, partner performance, and market coverage.

- Achieve monthly sourcing targets and maintain healthy property pipelines.

- Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.

Requirements:

- 3-7 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing / Property Acquisition.

- Strong broker and channel partner network in South & Central Mumbai.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to conduct on-ground market research and field sourcing independently.

- Familiarity with residential project inventory and real estate documentation.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience working with PropTech platforms or real estate agencies.

- Strong understanding of Mumbai micro-markets.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
