Manager - Property Fund Finance

Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of post-qualification experience (ACA/ACCA/CA/ACMA)

- Strong experience in IFRS (IFRS 9/10/16); UK GAAP exposure is an advantage

- Hands-on experience in Real Estate / Property Fund Accounting

- Experience with NAV calculation & review and Distribution calculations

- Strong background in Financial Reporting, Statutory Reporting & Fund Accounting

- Experience working with Institutional Funds, REITs, Asset Managers, or Fund Administrators

- Experience with any Accounting ERP (Yardi Voyager is an added advantage)

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills

- Advanced Excel skills preferred

- Yardi Voyager

- Fund administration oversight

- Budgeting & forecasting

- Audit and statutory reporting

- Institutional real estate fund / asset management experience
