Role: Manager-Project Planning and Controls ( PMO Lead) (Renewable Energy experience is a must) Preference for : Women candidates from Renewable Energy domain or past exp in RE/ The group is currently looking for a Projects Coordinator to be based in Bangalore Yrs of exp : 8-12 years Reports to : Head of Projects, India Job Summary : - The role would include planning, coordination, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of project activities .Track, Plan & Coordinate Projects - Needs to have familiarity with risk management, quality assurance control and project management tools. - The person will have project management responsibilities are to manage client expectations, build a project plan, manage the delivery of outcomes, schedule tasks etc. - As a Project Coordinator, you will support the project team and all other vested parties assigned to the project with administrative and operational duties. - You will be a critical player in the team working side-by-side with the various teams - Investment, Development, Construction, Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, WHSE and Asset Management to ensure the streamlined delivery of projects. - You will act as the key information aggregator, keeping all the parties updated on the project status. Job Responsibilities : a. Support the Head of Projects with resource planning and scheduling across numerous ongoing projects. b. Support Project Managers in planning, monitoring, and reporting of projects from initiation to commercial close. This would include preparing plans, schedules, budgets etc. c. Act as point of contact for project team and facilitate communications. d. Ensure contractual compliance of projects along with the document controller. e. Monitor project progress and address potential issues. Alert the Project Manager to issues as they arise. f. Prepare presentation materials and distribute project materials to the relevant teams, as necessary. g. Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps). h. Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals and follow through to completion. i. Update pipelines and project overviews. j. Foster positive relationship with stakeholders. k. Run meetings to support the project team in prioritization, tracking, risk, and issue management. Key Skills : a. Degree in BE or BS in any discipline. Renewable Energy experience is a must. b. Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role with 8+ years of experience. c. Experience in project management, from origination to commercial close. d. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans. e. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. f. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills. g. Proactive nature, keen on attention to detail, self-directed and results-oriented. h. Excellent communication and presentation skills. i.
