Job Summary:

The Manager PMO will support the Regulatory and Control Change Team within a complex global Capital Markets portfolio. The role involves overseeing financials, resources, and governance while acting as a trusted advisor to program stakeholders and sponsors. This position ensures alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and effective delivery of transformation initiatives across global banking operations.

- Define and communicate program objectives with stakeholders

- Build strong partnerships with Finance, IT, and business teams

- Maintain senior stakeholder relationships globally and within MSS Transformation

- Coordinate with Programme Managers and contribute to cross-stream reporting

- Apply rigorous programme management standards for prioritization and decision-making

- Provide accurate financial reporting and manage budgets, costs, and benefits realization

- Ensure compliance with global banking standards

- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and progress tracking

- Lead resource planning, team collaboration, and performance management

- Promote Group values, teamwork, and engagement across the programme

Qualifications & Experience:

- Strong background in financial and business management

- Proven experience in program/project delivery within global Capital Markets
