Job Description:
- End-to-end project lifecycle management (Agile, Waterfall, sprint panning, Jira).
- Cloud/Database/Application Migration Management (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Azure, AWS).
- Stakeholder & Risk Management (CAB, GRC, Compliance).
- PMO Governance (Financials, Audits, Reporting via GSNOW/Tableau).
- Incident & Change Management (ITIL, SLA-driven resolutions).
Tools: MS Project, Excel (Advanced), Powerpoint, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint.
Process Improvement: ITIL, ITSM, Root Cause Analysis.
Stakeholder Communication: Cross-functional team leadership.
- Exp working on Managed Infra/End user/Cloud based Project.
- Ability to manage medium and large IT projects under timeline pressure and within budget.
- Ability to communicate across all level of an organization.
- Ability to lead a diverse team from multiple functions of the organization.
- Vendor Management skills.
- Manage complete lifecycle of project Initiation to Closure.
- Responsible for planning, tracking milestones, activity schedules, issue resolution, resourcing, costs, risk mitigation etc.
- Develop, Execute & Track various plans.
- Project Plan in accordance with SOW agreed with client.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Communication Management.
- Resource Management.
- Risk Management.
- Escalation Management.
- Project Cost Management.
- Identify key stakeholders (internal as well as external).
- Coordinate with various teams & stakeholders and track project activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Vendor Management for sourcing Resources, hardware, connectivity, OS and software licenses etc.
- Periodic Reporting.
- Obtain user feedback and make sure their issues, concerns are resolved.
- Effective project handover for Steady State Operations (Project Closure).
- Travel to client site as required.
