Manager - Project Management - Financial Services

Role Overview:

A leading financial services organisation is looking for a Manager - Projects to drive project management, process transformation and technology-led business solutions. The role will involve managing end-to-end projects across NBFC operations, lending, treasury and/or primary dealership, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end project management, from business analysis and requirements gathering to implementation.

- Lead process transformation and technology-driven operational improvements.

- Manage SOP development, system implementation and vendor coordination.

- Ensure alignment with NBFC regulatory requirements and operational frameworks.

- Collaborate with business, technology and external stakeholders to drive project delivery.

- Build and lead high-performing teams to achieve project objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 9 - 15 years of experience across financial services operations and project management.

- Background in NBFCs, large banks, Primary Dealerships or established FinTech companies.

- Strong understanding of NBFC business, regulatory frameworks and operational processes.

- Experience in lending, treasury and/or Primary Dealership operations.

- Proven expertise in project execution, process transformation and system implementation.

- Postgraduate qualification in Finance or Management (MBA preferred).
