Manager - Project Finance - Renewable Energy Sector - CA

Company Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with financial institutions and banks to secure debt financing for renewable energy projects.

- Review term sheets and negotiate key parameters including interest rates, primary security, collateral, and covenants with lenders.

- Oversee and coordinate the legal documentation and execution of loan agreements.

- Establish, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with banks and other financial partners.

- Prepare and review financial models, including calculation of financial ratios, variance analysis, and interest working calculations for lenders.

- Support fundraising and treasury activities by preparing loan proposals, ensuring compliance with covenants, and monitoring financing arrangements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or MBA in Finance.

Experience:

Strong exposure to corporate finance, project financing, financial modelling, fund raising, and treasury management.

Prior experience in Power / Renewable Energy / Infrastructure sector is highly desirable.

Proficiency in preparing and filing loan proposals with banks, finalizing term sheets, and reviewing loan covenants.

Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
