Manager - Project Finance - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Roles and Responsibilities

- Co-ordinate with the transaction teams to support on-ground development of a project, including close interaction with the working level team members, off-takers, lenders etc.

- Develop understanding of the commercial and contractual implications under various project finance contracts

- Develop insights on high-end, complex financial models by analysing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis to ensure compliance with project documents and applicable accounting and taxation principles.

- Support in design and development of best solutions for clients by gathering information and conducting analysis

- Prepare reports, information memoranda, summary and presentations

- Conduct research and analyse data of sectors, geographies, clients, and competitors, and write reports that assist in generating business.

Requirements

- MBA-Finance from premier institute/CA

- 7-12 years of experience, preferably with financial advisory, international banks, developers, or investors

- Interest and/ or exposure to project/infra finance
