We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager with strong hands-on experience in IT Managed Services and Service Delivery to lead enterprise client engagements and drive operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in Project Delivery, Managed Services, IT Services, or Program Management.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale IT Managed Services engagements.
- Strong Service Delivery, SLA/KPI management and operational governance experience.
- Experience managing enterprise client accounts and multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project or similar tools.
- Strong risk, issue, change, resource and delivery management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, CS, IT, BBA or related field; MBA preferred.
Important Note:
- Candidates must have hands-on IT Managed Services and Service Delivery experience.
- Product Delivery or Product Services profiles will NOT be considered.
