About the role :

The candidate will be part of a team engaged in large and medium-sized Project Finance, Infrastructure Advisory & Finance, and Corporate Finance Advisory for private and government agencies. The role will involve activities across the transaction lifecycle - from origination to closure - including project appraisal, feasibility and market analysis, capital structuring, fund syndication, valuation, and acquisition advisory.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Evaluate business plans and project feasibility.

2. Prepare Information Memorandums (IMs) and other financing documents.

3. Build and analyse financial models for project evaluation.

4. Conduct risk assessment and recommend mitigation strategies.

5. Support in structuring capital and arranging/syndicating funds.

6. Participate in valuations, acquisitions, and related advisory work.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Strong financial modelling capability.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Sound understanding of project finance and corporate finance concepts.

Preferred / Additional Skills :

- Domain knowledge and experience in Infrastructure, Core Sectors, or the Start-up Ecosystem.

- Exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity (PE) transactions will be an added advantage.

Qualification :

- MBA (Finance) - Full-time, 2 years from a reputed top B-school OR Chartered Accountant

Experience :

- 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in a Financial Institution, Large Lender, or Financial Advisory firm.
