
Role Overview:
Join the Corporate Strategy and Program Management team in a role that blends strategic thinking with execution excellence. As Manager - Program Management, you will support senior leadership in driving organization-wide transformation initiatives and ensuring key programs deliver tangible business impact.
You will play a central role in converting strategic intent into actionable roadmaps, aligning multiple stakeholders, and embedding a culture of disciplined execution across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Enterprise Programs
Manage and deliver multiple high-impact transformation programs simultaneously, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, time, and quality parameters.
Establish governance mechanisms and cadence for effective monitoring, risk management, and reporting.
2. Bridge Strategy and Execution
Translate strategic goals into actionable program plans with defined milestones, interdependencies, and success metrics.
Work closely with business heads and functional leaders to ensure strategic alignment and accountability.
3. Navigate Cross-Functional Complexity
Engage and align diverse teams across manufacturing, operations, digital, finance, HR, and sales functions.
Build collaborative partnerships and resolve conflicts that impede program execution.
4. Enable Data-Driven Decision-Making
Generate actionable insights and recommendations through data analysis, financial modeling, and business case evaluation.
Present program updates and recommendations succinctly to senior leadership for decision-making.
5. Drive Change and Transformation
Identify organizational barriers to change and facilitate solutions to build commitment.
Serve as a cultural catalyst for continuous improvement and innovation.
6. Establish Execution Excellence
Implement and refine standardized program management frameworks and tools.
Institutionalize best practices for planning, governance, and performance tracking.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: BE/B.Tech in any discipline and MBA (mandatory).
Experience: 6-10 years total experience, including at least 3 years in:
Organization-wide transformation or strategic initiatives.
Corporate strategy / program management office (PMO) roles.
Managing cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.

- Analytical Skills: Skilled in business analysis, market assessment, and financial justification of strategic programs.

- Result Orientation: Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Organization Context:
This role reports to the Assistant Vice President - Corporate Strategy & Program Management and offers direct exposure to senior leadership decision-making. It provides an accelerated growth pathway toward leadership roles with organization-wide visibility.
