MANAGER - PROGRAM DESIGN & STRATEGY

FUNCTION: Program Design & Strategy

ROLE PURPOSE:

Design and develop executive education programs across enterprise and individual learning portfolios, translating client and learner requirements into structured, relevant and engaging learning solutions. Manage program design projects from requirements through curriculum development and handover to delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Translate client and learner requirements into executive education solutions across leadership, strategy, innovation, digital transformation, AI and functional capability areas.

- Develop learning journeys, curriculum frameworks, session structures, assessments and program architecture.

- Work with faculty, subject matter experts and university partners to develop and align curriculum and content.

- Review learner and faculty feedback and contribute to improvements in program design, learning experience and outcomes.

- Work with Sales, Marketing, Program Delivery, Product and Partnerships teams to move programs from design into execution.

- Manage multiple design projects, tracking milestones, stakeholder inputs, dependencies and deliverables to agreed timelines.

- Track developments in adult learning, executive education and learning technology; contribute new approaches including simulations, experiential learning and AI-enabled learning.

PROFILE:

- 6 - 10 years in Executive Education, Learning & Development, Learning Design, Program Design or Learning Consulting.

- Hands-on experience in curriculum development, learning journey design and program architecture.

- Experience working with faculty, subject matter experts and/or academic institutions.

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; able to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Education, HR, Organisational Development, Psychology or related field preferred.
