Description - We are seeking a Manager who comes from the consulting background and has worked on client-side solutioning. The role requires this individual to become a mentor to the Junior/ Senior Associates and coach them to grow their skills.

Job Description:
- Diagnosing and solving core team challenges through insight-driven coaching and reflective conversations that build self-awareness and shared accountability.
- Partnering with case team leaders to co-create strategies that boost collaboration, performance, and overall case journey.
- Coaching individuals to grow their skills, providing targeted guidance where needed, with timely interventions, along with coordinated leadership support.
- Advising practical tips & tools to strengthen communication, improve collaboration, and enhance team effectiveness.
- Creating openness and trust through empathetic coaching that navigates complex interpersonal dynamics and encourages a thriving team environment
Profile:
A successful Candidate should have:
- Masters degree in Business Administration from a Tier 1 college.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, complex global organisation and confident in their regular interactions with the business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
- Excellent conceptual skills and ability to package complex materials into a well-organized and succinct work product
- Enlist the cooperation of others while tapping into the skills & abilities of others to achieve desired results
