Manager - Production Planning & Control

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets.

- Coordinate with procurement, QA/QC, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging components.

- Monitor batch-wise progress, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization.

- Maintain compliance with GMP standards and regulatory timelines.

- Generate MIS reports, capacity planning models, and production dashboards.

Qualifications & Skills:

- B.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Pharm / MBA (Operations preferred).

- 5-10 years of experience in pharma production planning.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel-based planning tools.

- Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
