Job description:
The Production & QA Manager will be responsible for scouting and shortlisting food manufacturers, building and maintaining manufacturer relationships, helping upgrade or set up manufacturing units as required, ensuring product quality, conducting regular compliance audits, and ensuring inventory availability from 12+ manufacturers across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules to meet business requirements.
- Manage production teams, operators, and technicians ensuring adherence to SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, and safety standards.
- Optimize production processes, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and QA teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and monitor production documentation, reports, and KPIs.
- Implement continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma) initiatives.
