Manager - Production

Our Factory is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, optimize production efficiency, ensure quality standards, and lead factory operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical engineering background with hands-on experience in production planning, process improvement, machine maintenance coordination, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets.

- Monitor manufacturing processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime.

- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning of machinery and equipment.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and factory compliance requirements.

- Manage production schedules, manpower allocation, and resource utilization efficiently.

- Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

- Implement lean manufacturing and cost optimization initiatives.

- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.

- Train, mentor, and supervise shop floor staff and production supervisors.

- Handle troubleshooting of production issues and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

- Maintain discipline and productivity standards within the factory environment.

- Work closely with senior management to achieve operational and business objectives.
