Manager - Production

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage overall production operations ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

- Plan, schedule, and monitor manufacturing activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

- Supervise batch manufacturing, documentation, and adherence to SOPs.

- Drive process optimization, resource utilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.

- Support audits, inspections, and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy/Science or related discipline.

- 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory guidelines, and production documentation.

- Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
