Manager - Production

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to manage the production of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of production, from pre-production to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of production, including scheduling/timeline mapping, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Work closely with the creative team to understand project requirements and ensure that all elements are in place to meet deadlines.

- Coordinate with internal teams, including CGI and retouching teams, to ensure that all project elements are completed to the required standard on time.

- Liaise with clients to understand their needs/feedback and ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.

- Manage and track project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and projects are delivered within budget.

- Coordinate and manage the delivery of projects, ensuring that all necessary materials are provided to the client.

- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.

- Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement new workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Provide support and guidance to junior staff members and contribute to their training and development if needed.

Requirements:

- 1 - 3 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a post-production company.

- Strong understanding of post-production workflows and processes.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, creatives, and production staff.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

- Proficient in project management software, such as ClickUp or similar.

Nice To Have:
