Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring product quality, maintaining efficiency, and leading a team of 20-25 members to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and control production to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of targets.
- Supervise and motivate a team of 20-25 production staff to achieve performance objectives.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
- Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practices for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for cost reduction and process optimization.
- Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and resource management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production monitoring tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Candidate:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing management.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver operational excellence in a high-paced environment.
