The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive the adoption and sales of the group offerings.. Responsibilities : Market Research and Analysis : - Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning. - Analyze market data to identify target segments and develop effective marketing strategies. - Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to the group. Vertical /Product Positioning and Messaging: - Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings in the market. - Craft persuasive value propositions tailored to various customer segments and use cases. - Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between product features and customer requirements. Go-to-Market Strategy: - Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases. - Identify appropriate marketing channels and tactics to reach target customers. - Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, training, and collateral to effectively sell the products. Marketing Collateral and Content Development: - Create high-quality marketing collateral, including sales presentations, product brochures, case studies, and website content. - Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and impactful materials. - Develop thought leadership content, such as whitepapers, articles, and blog posts, to establish the company as an industry leader. Competitive Analysis: - Monitor and analyze competitors' products, pricing, and marketing strategies. - Identify competitive strengths and weaknesses and develop strategies to address them. - Provide regular updates to the management team on market dynamics and competitive landscape. - Create battlecards vs key competition Customer Relationship Management: - Collaborate with the sales team to gather customer feedback and insights. - Use customer feedback to drive product improvements and inform marketing strategies. - Build strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and foster advocacy. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA preferred. - 2-3 years experience in product marketing in a B2B environment - Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a small sized SaaS company - Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices. - Excellent written, presentation creation and verbal communication skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and insights. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. - Understanding of traditional Indian business culture and market dynamics.
