Spain (Tenerife), USA (Chicago/New York), Middle East (Dubai), or India (Bangalore)

Your Mission:

As Product Marketing Manager, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Growth, and Sales, owning how our products are positioned, launched, adopted, and scaled in the market.

You will transform complex technology into clear, human-centered value, but your responsibility goes beyond storytellingyou will be accountable for execution and measurable outcomes across the full customer lifecycle.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, and working in close partnership with the Head of Marketing, you will ensure that brand, messaging, campaigns, and in-product experiences operate as one integrated systemfrom launch to onboarding, from activation to retention.

This is a full-stack PMM role requiring comfort with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What Youll Do:

Go-to-Market & Launches:

- Define and own end-to-end execution of go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and market segments.

- Own launch timelines, dependencies, internal readiness, and post-launch performance reviews.

- Align Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around launch goals, messaging, success metrics, and enablement.

- Drive cross-functional launch readiness and ensure consistent storytelling across all customer-facing touchpoints.

Positioning & Messaging:

- Craft differentiated product positioning and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate why we win across industries and regions.

- Translate complex AI and SaaS capabilities into outcome-driven value propositions tied to real customer problems.

- Own messaging consistency across website, CRM, sales materials, in-product communication, and lifecycle touchpoints.

- Maintain a confident, human, and performance-oriented tone of voice aligned with Webidoos brand.

Funnel Ownership & Performance:

- Own PMM responsibility across the full customer funnelfrom awareness to activation, adoption, retention, and expansion.

- Be accountable for funnel performance related to messaging, onboarding, activation, and feature adoption.

- Design and maintain a clear measurement framework linking PMM initiatives to activation, conversion, retention, and revenue impact.

- Actively identify friction points in the funnel and drive corrective actions in partnership with Product and Growth teams.

Product-Led Growth & In-Product Experience:

- Own in-product messaging, onboarding flows, feature education, and product narratives in collaboration with Product.

- Ensure product communication actively drives activation, adoption, and long-term engagement.

- Partner with Product to continuously refine onboarding and education based on usage data and customer behavior.

Sales Enablement:

- Own development and continuous improvement of enablement assets including pitch decks, case studies, demos, FAQs, and objection-handling frameworks.

- Ensure Sales and Customer Success teams are fully enabled and aligned before every launch.

- Actively support win/loss analysis to refine messaging and positioning.

Insights, Data & Strategy:

- Conduct continuous market, competitor, and customer analysis to inform positioning, roadmap priorities, and GTM strategy.

- Own PMM KPIs including activation rate, feature adoption, messaging effectiveness, and retention signals.

- Use quantitative data and qualitative insights to iterate messaging, launches, and onboarding experiences.

- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Product and Growth leadership.

Content & Lifecycle Communication:

- Own the end-to-end communication calendar across CRM, email, in-product messaging, and lifecycle campaigns.

- Ensure lifecycle communication actively supports activation, adoption, and retention goals.

- Partner with Marketing to deliver thought leadership, webinars, and customer stories that reinforce product value and differentiation.

Who You Are:

- 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing within SaaS, MarTech, or AI-driven environments.

- Proven experience owning end-to-end GTM execution, not just strategy or messaging.

- Strong understanding of SaaS funnels and metrics (activation, adoption, retention, churn, CAC, LTV).

- Comfortable owning outcomes in product-led and data-driven environments.

- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution under pressure.

- Confident collaborating across Product, Growth, Sales, and Marketing in complex, fast moving organizations.

- Excellent communication skills in English (professional working proficiency).
