Role Overview:
As a Manager - Product Marketing, you will be the driving force behind the successful launch and adoption of our products. You will be responsible for understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. This role involves close collaboration with product management, sales, and marketing communications teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful go-to-market approach. Your work will directly impact user engagement, customer acquisition, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing product enhancements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product positioning and messaging.
- Create compelling product marketing content, including website copy, brochures, presentations, and sales enablement materials, to effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Collaborate with the marketing communications team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and increase product adoption.
- Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
- Serve as a product expert and evangelist, providing training and support to sales and customer success teams.
- Manage product marketing budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful product marketing strategies that drive business results, with 8-15 years of experience.
- Proven expertise in conducting market research, analyzing consumer insights, and identifying market opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Deep understanding of product management principles and the product development lifecycle.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and comfortable working in a hybrid work model.
