Urgently hiring Product Marketing Manager for BIG 4 at Delhi/NCR. We are looking out for Graduates with 7+ years of experience. Key Responsibilities : - Manage a team to drive marketing across the funnel for Company's multi- product portfolio - Oversee the development of sales enablement collaterals for all products including pitch decks, brochures, videos and websites - Collaborate with product managers on the marketing roadmap, ideal customer persona(s) and key marketing channels for the product - Drive lead generation and nurturing - liaise with performance marketing vendors to strategise and develop paid ads across social media, google search, display ads and retargeting - Create product-relevant content marketing strategies and develop blogs, whitepapers and thought leadership for products - Conduct product positioning and competitor analysis to inform product marketing strategy - Be the storyteller for the products agenda and drive internal communications to 30,000 people across India - Plan and execute product demos, roadshows, and events to generate leads and build brand awareness - Work closely with the Products Leadership to create and track marketing budget for the year, analyse return on investment for marketing and course correct - Marketing reporting to leadership on a weekly basis Key Skills : - Excellent content writing and editing skills - Experience in performance marketing, product marketing, and demand generation - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to manage and lead a team effectively - Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Hubspot, Zapier, Salesforce would be a good to have) Key Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree - 7+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, demand generation, or a related field - Leadership and people management experience - Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is preferred - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
