Role Overview:

We're looking for a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to own product adoption, demand generation, and high-intent content creation. This is a high-impact role built for someone who understands sales-led growth (SLG), modern AI-assisted workflows, and North American B2B buying journeys and who knows how to market an AI product to buyers who are themselves evaluating AI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own go-to-market (GTM) planning for new features and product rollouts across SMB and enterprise segments.

- Analyze behavioral data of US/NA users to refine product positioning, activation flows, and usage patterns.

- Drive product adoption by identifying friction points and enabling growth opportunities across the funnel.

- Discover and nurture new lead sources through SLG-informed demand generation tactics.

- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to close messaging gaps and capitalize on market moments.

- Build and manage MOFU/BOFU content pipelines targeting high-intent keywords optimized for both traditional SEO and AI-driven answer surfaces (AEO).

- Ensure content is structured for AI citation: FAQ schema, direct-answer formats, and structured data markup that gets picked up by Google AI Overviews and LLM-based search.

- Conduct competitive intelligence and craft differentiated messaging against alternatives like Hyperbound, Second Nature, and Gong.

- Work closely with the content team to deliver impactful thought leadership and conversion content.

- Track KPIs around adoption, activation, pipeline contribution, and AI search visibility.

What We're Looking For:

- 3+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS focusing on US markets.

- An MBA from any tier-I or tier-II university globally.

- Strong command of SLG strategies and user onboarding frameworks.

- Demonstrated experience analyzing user behavior and funnel data, particularly for North American users.

- Background in demand generation with a clear track record of sourcing net-new leads.

- Working knowledge of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) understanding how AI Overviews, Perplexity, and LLM-based search surfaces discover and cite content.

- Genuine fluency with AI tools in daily work you use LLMs to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis, not as a novelty.

- Familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to collaborate effectively with technical teams and prototype lightweight automations when needed.

- Solid understanding of SEO-driven content strategy with a forward-looking view toward AI-first search.

- Excellent written and verbal communication strong storytelling with an instinct for what cuts through.

- Highly collaborative with experience working cross-functionally with Product and Sales.

- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
