Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging framework, competitive positioning, and product adoption initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless product launch and ongoing success in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Develop and execute GTM plans for new product launches and feature releases.
- Define market segmentation, buyer personas, and value propositions.-
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to ensure successful market entry.
2. Product Positioning & Messaging
- Build compelling product narratives and differentiators.
- Create messaging frameworks for internal and external communication.
- Ensure consistent brand and product messaging across all channels.
3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct customer research, competitor analysis, and market intelligence.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and potential product improvements.
- Provide strategic insights to product and leadership teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or product management.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, GTM strategies, and customer journeys.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex features into customer-relevant benefits.
