Manager - Product Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop, own, and execute the end-to-end GTM strategy for active components product lines in the Indian market.
- This includes market segmentation, competitive analysis, product positioning, and launch plans.
- Product & Market Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert on the product portfolio, target audiences, and market trends.
- Translate technical features into compelling value propositions that resonate with customers.
- Sales & Business Development Support: Collaborate closely with the national sales force to equip them with the necessary tools, training, and collateral to drive new business opportunities and support existing customer relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central liaison between the R&D team and the sales organization.
- Provide valuable market feedback to R&D for future product development and communicate product roadmaps and updates to the sales team.
- Marketing Collateral & Content Creation: Develop and maintain a full suite of marketing materials, including datasheets, presentations, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and digital campaigns.
- Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and refine our product positioning.
- Market Leadership: Drive brand visibility and thought leadership through strategic marketing initiatives, including industry events, webinars, and publications.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a similar role, with a strong specialization in Active Components (e.g., semiconductors, integrated circuits, sensors, etc.
- Strategic Acumen: Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies that have led to significant business growth.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid technical foundation and the ability to understand complex electronic components and their applications.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across R&D, sales, and senior management.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Marketing, or a related field.
- An MBA is a plus
