This role requires a leader who can optimize design operations, lead research efforts, and leverage data insights to drive confident design decisions. A background in Product Management is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Planning: - Establish and improve design workflows and processes for efficiency. - Define and track business + product metrics to measure design impact. - Implement best practices for streamlined execution and collaboration. Research & Data-Driven Decision Making: - Lead and integrate design research into the core process. - Analyze user behavior, data trends, and research findings to shape design strategies. - Guide teams in making data-informed design decisions.
