Manager - Product Data Management

- We're looking for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in Product Data Management, Engineering Change Management, or similar master data roles within a manufacturing setup, including 3-5 years in team leadership.

- The ideal candidate brings a strong grasp of product structures, BOMs, revision control, and configuration management, along with hands-on experience in Agile PLM and SAP ERP (MM).

- You should be comfortable working in a global, multi-site environment, collaborating across functions, and balancing competing priorities effectively.

- Strong communication skills, an understanding of regulatory and quality requirements, and the ability to lead teams through change while ensuring stable delivery will be key to success in this role.

- This role will lead a team of PDM Change Management Engineers, owning end-to-end site-level PDM activities (NPI, ECO, PCN, obsolescence), ensuring compliance with global PDM processes and QMS standards, and maintaining accurate, audit-ready master data in Agile PLM and SAP.

- The individual will manage team priorities and SLAs, review high-risk changes, monitor performance and data quality, drive continuous improvement, support NPI execution, mitigate risks, and act as a key escalation point for cross-functional stakeholders while fostering team development.

- We are seeking a candidate with surgical domain exposure and strong experience in FDA regulatory compliance, particularly in antibodies, reagents, and formulation development, with a background in biotechnology or chemical sciences and familiarity with ISO's.
