Global Sourcing and Procurement Group (GSP) empowers the company globally to drive the greatest value by leveraging supplier partnerships. GSP provides global customers easy access to products and services at the greatest value through business insights, market knowledge, seamless and efficient processes, and professional expertise.
The Procurement Systems Manager is responsible for delivering strategic and best-in-class procurement systems support that enables efficient, compliant, and scalable procurement operations across the enterprise. This role supports procurement stakeholders by overseeing sourcing-related systems and processes, partnering with business and technology teams to optimize system functionality, and ensuring procurement tools effectively support sourcing, contracting, and purchasing activities. The Manager works closely with internal stakeholders across corporate functions to ensure appropriate controls, governance, and system-enabled workflows are in place to support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enable procurement sourcing processes through effective use and optimization of procurement systems and tools
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and translate needs into system capabilities
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and adoption of system upgrades, enhancements, and defect fixes in partnership with technical teams
- Ensure procurement systems support sourcing, contract negotiation, pricing structures, volume discounts, and risk and compliance requirements
- Monitor data integrity and system performance; identify issues and recommend improvements
- Provide guidance, documentation, and training to end users to drive effective system adoption and consistent usage
- Support governance and control objectives by ensuring procurement systems align with policy, risk, and compliance expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in procurement, procurement systems, or related sourcing and technology functions
- Experience supporting complex procurement processes, systems, and enterprise technology environments
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office tools; experience with procurement or S2P systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
